1) Minimum Order Quantity: 50 pcs
2) Personalization: Please send us your favourite picture or design, the bride & groom's name, the wedding date and your favourite font type. Artwork to be in ai (adobe illustrator) for best result. Our ai version is CS 2. If you do not have any design, you can choose from our template design. Template design will only be emailed once payment of 50% deposit is received. Should you require us to design it from scratch, there will be a design fee of RM 50.00. The personalized name on the glass is NOT engraved or embossed or printed on the glass. It a transparent film which looks like a sticker without the sticky texture of a sticker.
3) Important Information: Price includes 'Personalized Name" and Small Sparkling Dots Organza Pouch like the one depicted in the image above. If the Sparkling Dots Organza Pouch is not available in our inventory, we will either use Plain (Without Sparkling Dots) Organza Pouch. The free thank you card measuring 3 cm x 3 cm comes in square only with Wedding Cottage Online name printed on the tag with small font. Should you require Wedding Cottage Online name to be removed, you can purchase the Thank You Tag from us at minimum charge of RM 0.40 cents for each thank you card.
4) Packaging: The Shot Glasses does not come in individual boxes. It comes in a box of 12 pcs.
5) Lead Time: Production requires 12 - 18 days only after artwork design confirmation and received of 50% deposit.
6) Payment: Payment term is 50% deposit before design artwork start and balance cash payment only when item is ready for collection at the retail store in Subang Jaya. Should you require the items to be couriered/shipped, Balance full payment need to be banked in to our Maybank A/C before we courier it out via Skynet or GD Express. We do not have any credit card facilities at the retail store at the moment and we currently do not accept cheque. We do apologize for this inconvenience caused.
7) Courier/Shipping Transaction: Once the item is handed to the courier/shipping company, we cannot be held responsible on the actions of the courier/shipping staff on how they handle the parcel(s). We will do our utmost best to inform them to handle with care as well as labeling/writing the word "Fragile" on the box but please note that we cannot be responsible for any damage, broken items, missing parcel or edible items being melted during the courier/shipping company's possession. We are unable to replace the item or do a refund due to the courier/shipping company's own negligence.

Frequent Asked Questions about the Personalized Name
1) Is the personalization engraved or embossed or printed on the glass? No, it is not engraved, embossed or printed on the glass directly. We use a film that looks like a sticker but without the sticky texture.
2) Can I remove the film? You can remove it with extreme force but once remove it will be damaged completely.
3) Does the shotglass comes in individual boxes? No it does not come with individual boxes but a box of 12 pcs.
4) Can you deliver to my location? Yes we deliver using Skynet or GD Express. Courier charges will apply based on weight and location
