COURIER
Fragile products such as glass jar, salt & pepper shakers.. etc. customers are recommended to add air bubble wrap for each box parcel with additional RM7.00 each parcel.
We packed all orders securely. However, Courier/ delivery is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damage during the journey as we cannot control the actions of another person on how their handle the item. Nevertheless like we have noted earlier, we will pack all orders securely and properly with FRAGILE stickers on every side of the parcel. We are not able to tell when exactly the parcel will arrive. In case you have any follow up or claims, the customer will have to deal with logistic company directly.
Courier fee:
For local only-
We are not charging extra for courier using J&T, as charges is based on weight/ box size and address. Usually it’s surprisingly cheap and acceptable. You can pay courier directly to delivery guy upon receiving the parcels. I will snap photo of receipt for tracking number and charges for you. you just pay directly to delivery guy upon receiving. As courier is beyond seller's control, we are not responsible for delay or damage. If you have own appointed logistic, you may contact us for the arrangement.
For overseas customer,
J&T limit one parcel maximum 5kg. Payment is required to pay upfront at J&T counter. In case parcel total value taxable, any charges occured, to be paid by customer. As courier is beyond seller's control, we are not responsible for delay or damage.
Other courier like GD Express available too. If you have own appointed logistic, you may contact us for the arrangement.
Grab/ Lalamove/ Self Pick Up:
Customer can arrange self pick up/ pick up by Grab or Lalamove. Charges to be borne by customer
What Are My Courier / Shipping Options?
Courier/Shipping charges are based on the weight of the products ordered. To determine the cost of the courier/shipping, kindly contact us. Most orders leave our showroom within 3 - 5 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date of full payment received. Please estimate another 3 - 4 days for delivery time (Peninsular Malaysia). For outside Peninsular Malaysia, example East Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia etc, please allow additional days due to clearance of Custom of Country's origin & destination which is beyond our control and it is at the mercy of the custom officer of the Country's final destination.
In few cases, there may be additional delivery charges & we will communicate with you regarding payment prior to order being processed. These cases are:

- Where:your delivery location is classified as a remote location by our shipping/courier partners, or
- The package weight is relative high resulting in exceedingly higher delivery costs that estimated earlier.
- Sometimes due to back log and busy seasons (e.g Major Public Holidays), your parcel might take a while to process and also takes longer time for our couriers to deliver. Please note that our Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) are those provided by our courier companies and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
- Please be advised that all revisions of address / parcel redirection after order is dispatched are not possible. Kindly make sure your delivery address are correct before securing your order.
- Courier companies are unfortunately not able to deliver at your specific times/hour of the day as they follow a daily prepared delivery schedule, thus this request is outside of our control.

Volumetric weight is being charged when the space of the package takes up in a vehicle cost more than the package's actual weight. This is usually the case when a very light package is shipped in a large carton.

Your order total does not include, nor is Wedding Cottage responsible for the payment of any duties (customs tariffs), taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment; these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.

Can I use my own courier / shipping company which I have an account with?
Yes you can. Please note that Wedding Cottage does not coordinate directly with your courier company; this is the sole responsibility of the customer. You will have to contact your courier company to arrange delivery. You will need to obtain the Tracking Number from your courier company to track your parcel. Payment of delivery charges will be between you and your courier company. We regret we cannot be the third party or make payment on behalf of your courier company. It's better for you to deal directly with your courier company so that no miscommunication incur.
Once the items that you ordered is ready for collection, we will contact you via whatsapp or phone call so that you can contact your courier company to arrange pick up from our retail store. Please do take note on the opening hours of the retail store. Mon-Fri: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Sat: 10 am - 4 pm. Closed Sundays.
