- Minimum Order Quantity: 30 pieces
- Personalization: Please send us your favourite picture or design. Artwork to be in AI (adobe illustrator). Our AI is CS2 version. If you require us to design it from scratch, RM 80.00 will be charge for design fee which is the lowest fee in town.
- Design Lead Time: After confirmation order deposit of 70% received, only then will design start. Design process is limited to 3 times of changes only. After the 3rd time, an additional RM 50.00 will be charged. Design lead time will be up to the individual. It can take as fast as a day or two or as long as a month.
- Production Lead Time: After artwork design has been finalize and you have given us the green light to proceed with production, it will take an additional 5 - 7 working days for production work.
- Payment: Payment term is 70% deposit before design artwork start and balance cash payment when item is ready for collection at the showroom. Balance full payment to be banked in to our Maybank A/C before courier it out via GD Express. We do not have any credit card facilities at the moment and we currently do not accept cheque. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
